Question: "Am I really obligated to learn how to make webpages?"


	Answer: We can compare this question with another one 
         asked some houndred years ago, just when telephones were beginning to 
be installed:  "should I learn to dial numbers, or is it enough if I 
just learn how to answer calls?"

		It's up to you. If it would be very difficult, 
maybe I would understand your resistance to learn it, but it is
