Near the tramway, the site can also be understood as a door to the city that holds an intermodal structure. It seems obvious that places like this one have a huge potential of interaction due to the high number of crossings between the inhabitants. This public realm should be taken into account to propose solutions that deal with the spaces of the nowadays society.
